Oops, I meant to mention this myself.

My regular cinema (Empire at Great Park, Rubery) has been doing this since back when it was a Virgin 8 or 9 years ago. When I went to see Iron Man last week the guy on the till mentioned this and gave me a form -- even though most of them know me by sight he said they won't be able to give me the freebie without the card from June 1st.

Blow me down I have not been to the cinema since American Beauty was out, anyway I've just see this site myself and found that I had been beaten to it for posting the info, anyway when I get my indepence back and easy access with it for the wheelchair and no problem with seating this will be just the ticket I can go with my mates.

I'm still bloody waiting for my card to arrive, but the guy at the cinema said I can hang onto my receipts and then claim the freebies back when it finally does.

The savings you make should allow you to buy another bucket of popcorn :-)
I'm going to wait till I get my next vehicle before I apply.

Ian

P.S I have no idea what they charge for the buckets nowaday could not even tell you how much it is to get in

I never buy popcorn but tickets are usually £6 and hotdogs (which are suitably trashy and therefore delicious) are usually about £3.

Geeeez if my sisters ever saw me eating hotdogs I'd be hung drawn and quartered, they are all foodies into healthy eating if it's not zero fat they don't eat it, I'm not that bad but I am getting worse.

Ha Ha yes when Jamie Oliver showed us exactly what went into your average frankfurter I was put off for about 30 seconds.........there is nothing better than hotdog and ketchup if onions are on it even better.

£7.00 per ticket at peak times, otherwise works out as £4.50 per ticket for our family to go on earlybird ticket. small popcorn was 3.20 so might as well get the biggest at 3.80.......whats that all about?

Saw Hancock at the weekend, you blokes will love it. Though did go off on a bit of an unecessary tangent at the end, but still worth a look at a mean and moody Will Smith

Kung Fu Panda...........quite violent actually but good if not a bit short, but long enough for the kids.

haven't got around to sorting out a card and I posted it lol
